Garden Park to Close Eight Clinics
Garden Park Medical Center announces they will close eight garden park Physician Group Clinics across the coast.
The closures in Biloxi, Diamondhead, Gulfport, and Long Beach will take place mid-May through October.
Affected patients will be notified this month.
Garden Park apologizes for the inconveniences and says it will help provide physician referrals and record transfers.
Garden Park says this move will allow them to invest in other areas such as their emergency department.
Some current employees will lose their jobs, but many will be offered another position within the health system.
