Funeral arrangements for Jackson County deputy killed in line of duty

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV) — Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Homes released service details for Jackson County Deputy, Michael “Mike” Jimerson, who was killed while responding to a disturbance in St. Martin on Wednesday night.

The funeral service for Jimerson will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 10 at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs. Friends of Jimerson are invited to visit between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Jimerson, 61, was a resident of Vancleave, Miss. and worked for the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office since 2010.
