Four Women Arrested After Large Brawl in Gulfport

Four women have been arrested, including a mother and daughter, after a group brawl in Gulfport.

Police arrested the women Monday. The fight broke out on March 6th at the Goldin Sports Complex. The crowd dispersed as soon as police arrived on the scene, but several videos of the brawl were later found on social media sites. The fight involved a mother bringing her daughter to a supervised fight and resulted in the daughter driving her mother’s car recklessly through a crowd of people and damaging city property.

Calister Blackmon, 46, and her daughter, Karisma Blackmon, 20, were both arrested and given a $377 bond for disturbing the peace. Karisma was also given a bond of $243 for reckless driving. Quanitry Reid, 24, and Iysha Powell, 22, were also arrested for disturbing the peace with the same $377 bond.
