Four St. Martin residents arrested in relation to aggravated assault

 

On Tuesday, four people were charged in connection to an aggravated assault in D’Iberville.

D’Iberville Police responded to a gas station on Sangani Blvd. after a shooting was reported. Officers found one person had been shot in the shoulder.

During the investigation, officers identified Dalton (21) and Hunter Caudell (17) as suspects in the case. They were picked up and booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention Center.

The investigation also uncovered two other people who are now charged with accessory after the fact. Brandi Caudell, Dalton and Hunter’s mother, allegedly drove the get-away car.

Dominick Grindle (18) is also charged for bringing the Caudells from Biloxi to their home in St. Martin after the shooting.

Grindle and Brandi Caudell are in the Harrison County Adult Detention Center as well.

The person who was shot in this incident is expected to be okay.
