Four charged in missing man Willie Jones’ case

More developments are unfolding today in the case of the missing Picayune man Willie Jones.

According to the Picayune Police Department, information gathered in the investigation led to another suspect in the disappearance of Willie Jones identified as 18-year-old Austin Brookshire.

Brookshire was taken into custody Friday and has been charged with murder.

Just last week, Dustin Gray and his wife, Erica Gray, were arrested in Pueblo, Colorado.

Picayune police, along with investigators from the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department, say they traveled to Pueblo to interview the couple.

Investigators say Dustin Gray has been charged with first-degree murder while Erica Gray has been charged with accessory after the fact of first-degree murder. They are still awaiting extradition to Mississippi.

Also, another suspect arrested and charged is a juvenile. It is believed both Brookshire and Dustin Gray killed Willie Jones and dumped his body in Hancock County.

A reward is still being offered for information on Jim Gray’s law office that was burned last week. Jim Gray is the father of Dustin Gray.

The state fire marshal’s office is working this case and they are also offering a reward of up to $5,000.
