Four Biloxi firefighters receive promotions
The Biloxi Fire Department is sharing news that four firefighters have been promoted to lieutenant.
Those include Spencer Cosper, Conner Kelly, Mike Hill, and Austin Strawn.
Biloxi fire says these four have put in the work, earned the trust, and are ready to help guide the next generation.
