Four arrested and charged with shooting into a dwelling in Biloxi

On June 9, 2023, at 1:54, the Biloxi Police Department received several 911 calls in reference to several gunshots in the area of  Stennis Drive, Biloxi.

Upon arrival, officers found an apartment had been struck by several bullets. A short time later, Biloxi police officers located and stopped a vehicle that had been reported by witnesses as fleeing the area shortly after the shooting.

During the subsequent investigation, 18-year-old Jaquan Ratavin Cooks of Gulfport and three juveniles were arrested and charged with shooting into a dwelling.
