Fossil Road Show happening at Jackson museum on March 2nd

The Natural Science Museum is Jackson will be hosting a Fossil Road Show on March 2nd.

The 21st Annual Fossil Road Show brings fun such as fossil education with guest speaker Jun Ebersole, the curator of collections at the McWane Science Center to discuss the evolution of megalodons in Alabama and Mississippi.

Guests will also be to be updated on research news and explore collector displays from schools, agencies, organizations.

There will also be a fossil dig and guests can take part in a fossil scavenger hunt, Girl Scouts of Greater Mississippi will meet requirements for the Fossil Road Show patch.

Museum admission is $8 for adult, $6 for those ages 3-18, and $7 for anyone 60 and older.
