Fort Bayou Drawbridge to close July 6th and 7th at night
The Fort Bayou Drawbridge in Jackson County will have temporary night closures this week.
During those overnight closures, crews will be pouring concrete and lifting and installing new machinery. Drivers are advised to find an alternate route. Detour signs will be in place.
Motorists are reminded to be on high alert for roadside workers.
The bridge will close Tuesday, July 6th at 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. and Wednesday, July 7th from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m.
