Former Sun Herald building set to be demolished

The former Sun Herald building is soon to be demolished.

Located on Debuys Road, the Sun Herald was published at the location for 50 years.

Coastal businessman Rick Camarena bought the building and will demolish it. At the time, no word on what Camarena has planned for the property.

The building has been vacant since the Sun Herald office moved during the COVID pandemic in 2020.
