Former Ole Miss Basketball Coach Andy Kennedy frontrunner for UAB job

Former Ole Miss Head Men’s Basketball Coach Andy Kennedy is making a splash, back in the coaching ranks as the “clear front-runner” to land the open position at UAB.

This according to Evan Daniels of 24/7 Sports, who is reporting Kennedy may very likely leave his role with the SEC Network to take over a Blazers program that went 76-57 over the last four years.

Kennedy racked up 245 wins at Ole Miss from 2006 to 2018, appearing in the NCAA Tournament twice and the NIT six times.
