Former Golden Eagle Matt Wallner shines for Minnesota Twins

Spring training ball is well underway in the MLB and former Southern Miss star Matt Wallner is leaving his mark on the Minnesota Twins organization and his bat mark on baseballs as he hit a towering homerun on Tuesday.

Wallner is the all-time leader in homeruns at Southern Miss with 53 big flies that left the ball park, and it’s clear that power of his hasn’t gone anywhere as he continues to hit homeruns at the next level.
