Former Biloxi Shucker to play for Nexen Heroes

Michael Choice won’t return with the Shuckers after the ten game road trip as his contract has been sold to the Nexen Heroes of the Korean Baseball Organization.
Choice hit nine home runs during his 48 game stint in Biloxi which was good for second on the team despite playing 31 fewer games than the clubhouse leader Clint Coulter.
A former first round pick of the Oakland Athletics, Choice was signed by the Milwaukee Brewers on May 5th of this year. He’s one of only two Shuckers to hit three homers in a game.
