Florida trafficking charges dropped against Biloxi man
Trafficking charges filed in Florida against a Biloxi man have been dropped, court records show.
53-year-old Mark Wells was charged earlier this year with two counts of forced labor by human trafficking and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after allegedly taking a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old from their home and taking them to Pensacola without their mother’s knowledge or permission.
Those charges were dropped in September and the case closed after the mother recanted her statements.
Wells was set to go to court last week.
