Flint Creek employees honored after saving boater

WIGGINS, Miss. (WXXV)- Flint Creek Water Park employees are being honored for action taken last week.

A boating accident was reported at the water park last week. Park Manager Michael Clark noticed someone floating in the water and a boat traveling in an unusual pattern. He called 911 and rushed to the park patrol boat. Another park employee, James Kennedy, helped.

They both aided the boater who was thrown from their boat. The man was pulled from the water safely.
