Fleur de Lis Gourmet Bakery in Gulfport is committed to quality and ensuring that their products are truly exceptional.

There menu includes 14 gourmet cakes with customer favorites such as Belgian chocolate mousse, chocolate strawberry Bavarian, red velvet, and praline carrot cake.

Co-owner and Pastry Chef Jason Brewer tells News 25 more about what they have to offer. “Our specialty is strawberry cream cheese Bavarian, a soft set cream cheese mousse, fresh strawberries on a yellow cake. We like to take the idea of European style of making stuff and kind of add our own twist. Kind of an American twist to it. We like to stick to the European way of doing things which is, real ingredients, real butter. We use real heavy cream, real dairy, real cream cheese. We don’t make our stuff overly sweet. It’s all made from scratch using those best ingredients, which I think really makes our product shine.”

Fleur de Lis is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
