First Weekend Wraps Up

That’s a wrap for the first weekend of the 24th Annual Crawfish Music Festival at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.

Executive director Matt McDonnell tells News 25 the weekend started out a little slow with the gloomy weather, but picked up quickly on Saturday and Sunday. They’re looking forward to an even better turnout with sunny skies next weekend. Sunday, the Crawfish Cook-Off was a hit and so was the musical entertainment. The New Orleans based band flow tribe rocked out on stage. They say they’re always happy to perform in South Mississippi.
