Fill-Up with Billups closed in Biloxi

A popular Biloxi eatery is closing after five years in business.

Fill-Up with Billups on Beach Boulevard in Biloxi posted to social media Monday, saying the location was closing at the end of the day.

The restaurant opened in 2018 under the ownership of Jourdan and Lloyd Nicaud and Guy Billups III. The franchise also has a location in Pass Christian and a catering service.

Jourdan Nicaud said last year that plans to move the restaurant onto Howard Avenue was shelved.

No word on the Biloxi or Pass Christian social media pages about those two businesses.

The post did mention, however, that there are plans for the building that will be announced soon.
