FEMA Intake Centers closing Saturday
If you had damage from Hurricane Ida and need help applying for federal disaster assistance you only have two more days to visit a FEMA Intake Center.
FEMA will be closing all of its disaster assistance centers this Saturday.
They will be open today and tomorrow from 8 to 6 p.m. and then the final day, Saturday, from noon to 4.
Be sure to bring all of your insurance and financial information.
Anyone living in Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, or Pearl River counties is eligible to apply for FEMA assistance.
The deadline to apply for assistance is December 22nd.
If you don’t apply in person, you can file a claim online or by calling 800-621-FEMA.
