Felony sexual battery arrest

A man is behind bars in Harrison County after a victim came forward with sex abuse claims.

Twenty-eight year-old Nolan Wallace of Gulfport was arrested on three felony charges of sexual battery.

According to Harrison County Sheriff Troy Peterson, the arrest stemmed from a report filed by the victim’s father. The victim’s father alleged that his ten-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted multiple times by Wallace, who is the victim’s step-father.

Investigators arrested Wallace today and booked him into the Harrison County Jail.
