Felony Eluding

A Moss Point man is behind bars after attempting to elude Biloxi police near Edgewater Mall.
Bobbney Fairley is charged with felony eluding after police say he failed to comply with being pulled over for reportedly shoplifting.
Fairley attempted to elude officers and led them on a brief chase. The pursuit ended at the north end of Debuys Road where Fairley abandoned his vehicle and ran into a wooded area where he was then apprehended.
