Felony DUI arrest

A Pass Christian man faces felony charges for driving under the influence for a third time.
Gulfport police arrested 36-year-old Brett James Ducote around 5:30 this morning. Officers noticed he was under the influence after they pulled him over for a traffic violation near 15th Street and 22nd Avenue.
Ducote is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility on a $40,000 bond.
