Felony DUI 4th Offense

A man was arrested in Biloxi Saturday for a fourth time on DUI charges.

40-year-old Ladd House the fourth was arrested after an investigation into another arrest for another substance related DUI.
This is his fourth DUI conviction within the last five years, and a blood sample taken from house last night showed that he was under the influence of multiple controlled substances at the time.
He was transferred to the Harrison County Jail where his bond was set at 50-thousand dollars.
