Felony Child Abuse Arrest

A 26-year-old man is behind bars, charged with felony child abuse. Police arrested Jacob Moss.
He is accused of causing significant injuries to an 8 year-old that was at Moss’s residence.
Police say the young victim has multiple scars and bruising on different parts of his body and enough evidence was found to support the allegations.
