Feed the Needy Christmas meal signup deadline is Dec. 15

Don’t forget, the deadline to sign up to have a Christmas Day meal delivered through the 34th Christmas Gulf Coast Public Safety Feed the Needy Program is 10 a.m. Friday.

Anyone who would like a meal delivered can all their local police department to sign up.

Biloxi, Gulfport, D’Iberville, Long Beach, Pass Christian and Harrison County Sheriff’s Department are all participating in the event.

And if you want to donate to help offset costs, please contact Biloxi or D’Iberville police departments.

The group distributed more than 1,700 meals on Thanksgiving Day this year.
