Fatal car crash in George County

This morning, one Lucedale man died after he lost control of his car and crashed into a tree.

It was around 7 a.m. on Highway 63, north of Barton Agricola Road in George County where police say his 2003 Ford F-150 went off the right side of the road, crashed into a tree, and flipped.

Police say he was the only person in the car and he was not wearing a seat belt.

The crash is still under investigation.
