Fatal car accident on Cable Bridge Road

A car crash last night leaves one man dead and another in critical condition.

The accident occurred on Sunday night around 10:30 p.m. on Cable Bridge Road. Harrison County Fire Marshal Pat Sullivan says a pickup truck left the road and overturned, causing the death of one man and another to be flown to a trauma center.

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the cause of the accident.
