Failing To Register As A Sex Offender

A homeless man is back in jail after failing to register as a sex offender. 52 year old Herman Henry was convicted of statutory rape in August of 1999 and was released from prison this past November. Harrison County deputies say once he was released, he failed to register as a sex offender. Henry was arrested during his probation check in and is being held on a $25 thousand dollar bond.
