Elementary classes give STEM a Halloween twist

Students at Pass Christian Elementary put on a spooky twist on the world of STEM.

The 2nd and 3rd grade Explore Gifted Classes performed Halloween-based science experiments in front of their fellow classmates.

The young scientists conducted several experiments – working with different elements – while using basic chemistry techniques to create some of their spooky favorites.

STEM students showed their classmates how to make slime, gluey gobs, ghost inflators, and other Halloween-themed creations.
