Eighteen-year-old charged in auto burglaries along with four juveniles

In arresting four juveniles and an 18-year-old, Sheriff Mike Ezell says his deputies have solved eight car burglaries in the Gulf Park Estates and St. Andrews Neighborhoods in Jackson County.
Christopher Swanner Jr. of Ocean Springs is in the Jackson County Adult Detention Center charged with two counts of auto burglary. Four teenagers ranging in ages from 14 to 17 are being held at the Jackson County Youth Court.
The crimes occurred in the first month of May. The suspects would target unlocked vehicles. All stolen property was recovered.
