Egg Bowl stays on ESPN for Thanksgiving
What has become a Thanksgiving tradition will continue for at least another year.
The SEC has announced the Ole Miss Mississippi State game, the Egg Bowl, will stay on ESPN on Thanksgiving night.
The prime-time game will be played November 23rd in Starkville with a 6:30 p.m. kickoff.
The game has been held on Thanksgiving night 31 times. The Rebels and the Bulldogs have played for the Golden Egg trophy each year since 1927.
Ole Miss holds a 64-47-6 advantage in the series. Mississippi State won last year’s Egg Bowl 24-22.
