DUI Causing Serious Injury Conviction

A 34-year-old Arkansas man faces up to 50 years in prison in a DUI car crash that left two people seriously injured.
Testimony revealed Samuel Yearber went out drinking with co-workers back in March 2013 and crashed into another vehicle while speeding more than 88 miles an hour in a 45 mile an hour speed zone. His blood alcohol level was .13 percent.
Maggie Sousa, a passenger in Yearber’s car, suffered multiple serious injuries including permanent brain damage.
