Drive by shooting in Pascagoula

A 22-year-old man is charged with two counts of drive by shooting after shooting at officers in Pascagoula late last night.
Police tell News 25 officers were dispatched to North Fair Street shortly after 9 in reference to a black male driving by and shooting at a residence.
As officers were on the scene responding to the first call, the suspect, Timothy McWilliams, drove back by and fired at officers. Officers did not return fire and there were no injuries to civilians or to Pascagoula officers.
After identifying McWilliams as the suspect, he was located and arrested by Moss Point police a short time later. He is being held in the Jackson County Adult Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
