Dream Program hosts Christmas party at IP Casino Resort

The nonprofit Dream Program held its annual Christmas party today at the IP Casino Resort.

The program provides opportunities to children and adults with different disabilities to become active in the community.

Members of the program are able to participate in a variety of sports, arts and crafts, music, and so much more.

The Christmas party provides the members and their families a time to come together that they may not have otherwise. Dream Program Executive Director Billy Dungan said, “Like I said earlier, to be at a party at the IP casino with all the trimmings here and the beauty that they have laid out for us is something that most of our athletes would not experience at all ever, so this is a good time for us to celebrate.”

Right now, the program has over 350 registered members from about 260 different families.
