Drainage project begins in St. Andrews Park in Jackson County

A drainage project at a park in the St. Martin area is starting today.

The $150,000 St. Andrews Park Drainage Project will help alleviate standing water that’s always a problem every time it rains.

Crews will be working in the area for about 60 days; however, the park will remain open during this time.

Jackson County officials remind you to be aware of your surroundings if you plan to use the park over the next few months.
