Dr. Lucius Lampton reappointed to state board of health

JACKSON, Miss. (WXXV)- Governor Tate Reeves has reappointed a Mississippi resident to the state board of health.

Dr. Lucius Lampton has been reappointed to a six-year term.

Dr. Lampton has served on the board since 2006 and is the current chairman.  He is a fifth generation Mississippi physician, practicing family medical for over 30 years.

Dr. Lampton has extensive private practice in multiple settings, including clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and hospice. His practices extend over five counties.
