Downtown Biloxi Block Party March 5th at the District Green

This Friday enjoy the City of Biloxi at the Downtown Biloxi Block Party on the District Green.

The party starts at noon and there will be live music until 9:30 with local talent including the Blackwater Brass.

Landmass Comedy will also be performing in between bands and food trucks like Scratch Kitchen and True Wings will be dishing out their goods.

The District on Howard is excited to be showcasing local businesses with this event and also utilize the District Green at the corner of Howard Avenue and G.E. Ohr Street, one of the newer outdoor spaces in the city. Director of Marketing and Leasing Bobby Gillon said, “We’ve had a lot going on in Biloxi during 2020 while everything was shut down. We made a big effort to clean up downtown and get some new spaces like the District Green where you can just come out as a community.”

Merit Health will be in attendance at the block party handing out personal hand sanitizer and signage encouraging social distancing.
