Discussing Gaming on the Coast

WXXV continues to keep an eye on the Mississippi Legislature and bills that affect the Coast.

The Legislature is expected to take up a bill that reinforces the Secretary of State’s authority to manage Tideland Leases for new casino development while giving cities more power to control public harbors and marinas.

This is happening after some recent casino site approvals by the Gaming Commission.
