D’Iberville wins season-opening defensive dual over Raleigh, 14-6

D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (WXXV) — D’Iberville started its season off with a dominant defensive performance, winning 14-6 over Raleigh.

The Warriors took a 7-0 lead into the locker room at halftime and remained tough and steady through the rest of the contest. Despite many attempts by the Lions to gain momentum, the home team had an answer every time.

Up next, D’Iberville will head to Gautier to take on the Gators. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. on Friday, September 5th.
