D’Iberville Police release photos of suspect in casino shooting death
D’Iberville Police released photo of suspects believed to have been involved in the shooting death of Nicholaus Craig, who was staying at Scarlet Pearl Casino when he was shot to death in his car early Wednesday morning.
Chief Shannon Nobles said detectives responded to the Circle K gas station at Exit 50 on Interstate 10 on Wednesday evening after someone reported seeing the suspect vehicle.
Detectives obtained photos from video footage at the store and saw two individuals in the store that were seen in the Nissan Altima the night of the shooting of Craig.
The Altima, they learned, was stolen in Pritchard, Alabama. Detectives are working with law enforcement in Pritchard and Mobile to identify the suspects.
D’Iberville Police are also asking the public’s help to locate the two suspects. Anyone with information is asked to contact the D’Iberville Police or Crime Stoppers.
