D’Iberville Police Department hosts supervisors course

D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (WXXV)- The D’Iberville Police Department played host to a front-line supervisors course.

Officers from Spanish Fort, Holly Springs, Pascagoula, and Ocean Springs attended.

The training brought law enforcement officers who are committed to growing as leaders.

As first line supervisors, the men and women play a critical role in guiding officers, mentoring the next generation, and ensuring their departments serve the communities well.

The D’Iberville Police Department says investing in leadership is investing in the future.

The department says these attendees will share experiences and build relationships that benefit their agencies and communities.
