D’Iberville PD holding public meeting for neighborhood watch

Tonight at 5:30 in D’Iberville, a public meeting to discuss the possibility of forming a neighborhood watch program in the city will take place.

If you’re interested, that meeting will be held at D’Iberville Police Headquarters on Lamey Bridge Road.

Those that are interested in starting a neighborhood watch program in their neighborhood or reestablish and reorganize a current watch program should attend.

Information will be given on organizational strategies for the program and crime prevention practices prove effective in this partnership.
