D’Iberville man charged with rape

D’Iberville police arrest 21-year-old Wayne Dev’ante Fountain on the charge of rape.
Captain Marty Griffin tells News his arrest was the result of an investigation which started after a juvenile victim reported to school officials she was sexually assaulted in her home hours earlier.
Fountain is a relative of the victim and was visiting family members in the home at the time of the alleged incident.
Fountain was charged with rape and remains at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
