Diamonds and Ice 2018

Diamonds are forever and at the ‘Diamonds and Ice’ event at the Scarlet Pearl they helped raised money for a good cause.

The D’Iberville and St. Martin Chamber of Commerce hosted this event for the Mississippi Center for Autism and Related Developmental Disabilities.

The way this works is there are three half karat diamonds spread amongst the participants. They would report to onsite gemologist to let them know if they had one of the precious jewels. This event also had great food, live entertainment, and a silent auction.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to this worthy cause, raising funds and awareness for the organization.  D’Iberville/St. Martin Chamber President Chad Romero said, “This is a very special thing for our chamber. It’s very heartwarming for the community and we are trying to give back to the charity. It’s overall a great event.”

The event started in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It has been a huge success for the chamber once it was brought down to the Coast.
