Deputies still searching for suspect in triple shooting in Greene County

Deputies are still looking for a suspect who shot and killed three people during a robbery early on New Year’s Day in State Line, Mississippi.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance photos from inside the convenience store that show the man they’re looking for.

Deputies believe he was waiting for the clerk to open the store.

Chief Deputy Brad Warrick called the man a coward and said the victims “had no chance” before they were “executed.”

Family and friends identified the three victims as Rhonda Denson, Jason Thorton, and Lester Campbell.
