Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, INC. present check for Moss Point tornado recovery

In Moss Point, members of one sorority presented a check to help with ongoing tornado restoration efforts.

The ladies from the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Moss Point chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., handed over the check to the recovery agency, CROSS, in a ceremony Thursday afternoon.

Sorority members have been raising funds for this disaster relief effort ever since the tornado touched down nearly one year ago.

The money will now go to help Moss Point resident’s ongoing efforts to rebuild.
