Gautier police are now investigating a deadly shooting that occurred over night that left one woman dead…

Last night shots were fired at the college villa apartments on Ladnier Road.
Police were back on the scene this morning around 8 am to investigate.
Police have confirmed that the victim was a woman but the story is still developing however, News 25 spoke with one neighbor that lives in college villa apartments- who said she heard the gun shots outside the building around 11:30 last night.
She says that this is not the first time they have heard shots around their home.
