Deadly hit and run suspect appears in court

The suspect in Wednesday’s deadly hit-and-run at CSL Plasma Center in Gulfport made his initial court appearance today.

Thirty-four year-old Justin Overall’s bond was set at more than $3.5 million. He’s been charged with manslaughter, five counts of aggravated assault, attempted burglary, and possession of stolen property.

Several witnesses say they were waiting for the doors to open at CSL Plasma on Highway 49 in Gulfport when a white van, allegedly driven by Overall, plowed through the parking lot, killing Doris Duckworth and injuring six others.
