Dane Maxwell’s first city council meeting

Pascagoula residents packed city hall this evening to see the new mayor and councilmembers in action. Major items on the agenda included appointing an interim city manager and a city attorney.
Pascagoula Mayor Dane Maxwell says he hopes residents recognize the unity between the mayor and councilmembers at each meeting, as well as the vision they collectively have to help move the city forward. “There is change coming. It’s all good change. There’s a lot of people out there that support that and they’re here to make sure that you guys out there see that they’re here to support us.”
The next Pascagoula City Council meeting will be Tuesday, July 18th at 6 p.m.
