Dak Prescott second in NFL in completion percentage

After losing to the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Bucs in week one, Mississippi State alum Dak Prescott has his Dallas Cowboys sitting pretty at 3-1 four weeks into the season.

The former Bulldog is really hitting his mark in 2021, completing passes at a clip of more than 75 percent, good for second best in the league behind Kyler Murray.

He’s also tied for third in the NFL with 10 touchdown passes, four of those coming Sunday in a 36-28 win over the Panthers.

Home or away, crowd noise hardly an issue. “For it to be a noon game they’re ready to go, huh? (Can you calm the crowd down?) I don’t want to calm them down. We missed this last year. What are you talking about, right? Get going. Yeah, see! Look at that. I have to call a snap in this. Y’all can ask questions in this. (Two games home and the fans back, this has got to be great, right?) I mean yeah, that’s your example right there. That personifies it.”

The Cowboys welcome their NFC East rival New York Giants in Dallas in week five for their third consecutive home game.
